Kerry initially joined Nottinghamshire Police in 1993, after being a Special Constable. She has spent all of her career in uniform roles and loves operational policing. Kerry transferred to Leicestershire Police in 2014 and is currently the Head of the East Midlands Operational Support Service (EMOpSS), a team which works over four forces (Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire and Northamptonshire).
Kerry is also the Chair of the Women’s Network and Supt’s Association within Leicestershire. She has two children aged 13 and 15 and is married to a Nottinghamshire firefighter.
