I am a serving uniformed Inspector with Lancashire Constabulary, I have been a Police Officer for 17 years and held a variety of roles, all of which I have enjoyed and relished. I am married to a serving constable and we have two daughters together, so I know first-hand the challenges of shifts and children!
I am a huge supporter of our people and care passionately about the wellbeing of officers and staff, I have delivered Wellbeing initiatives within Lancashire including Contemplation Rooms, the Wellbeing buddy Scheme, Maternity and Paternity support groups together with creating Wellbeing boards which empower our staff to make the changes needed around Wellbeing.
I am heavily involved with Lancashire Women’s Network, as the Vice Chair for Inspire – Women in Policing. I have been responsible for the mentoring and supporting of many women across the force, together with the planning and delivery of CPD and celebratory events across the county.
I am involved with BAWP as I am passionate about equality and improving the working experiences of Women in Policing.
